Giving People Permission to Grieve…
…and permission to heal.
There is one thing I have learned after years of sitting beside people in grief.
No one needs to be fixed. They need to be witnessed. They need permission to ask the questions they’ve been afraid to say out loud, and they need someone who won’t rush their grief, minimize their pain, or offer easy answers to life’s hardest moments.
Some people come searching for signs from someone they love. Others come searching for themselves. Most discover they’re looking for both.
That is why I do this work—not to convince anyone what to believe, not to replace therapy, and not to tell people what they want to hear.
Instead, I create a space where grief, healing, and spirituality can exist together without fear, judgment, or shame, because I don’t believe healing asks us to choose between psychology and spirituality. I believe it invites us to honor both.
One of the things I tell people most often is this: Grief is love.
Love doesn’t disappear because someone leaves this physical world. It simply learns a new language. For some, that language is memory. For others, it’s signs. For many, it’s simply allowing themselves to love someone who can no longer be seen.
Healing isn’t about moving on. It’s about learning how to carry love differently.
Be easy on your spirit.

My Journey Didn’t Begin With Certainty.
It began with questions.
Around the age of sixteen, I began experiencing spontaneous visits from my grandmother in Spirit. Those experiences weren’t dramatic or frightening. They simply made me curious.
I wanted to understand what I was experiencing. I wanted to know what was real, and why these moments brought peace rather than fear.
Instead of accepting everything without question—or dismissing it altogether—I chose a different path.
I began learning. Listening. Questioning. Studying. Growing.
Looking back, I realize those early experiences weren’t asking me to become a medium. They were inviting me to become someone willing to keep learning.
That invitation has never ended.
Even today, I approach every person, every session, and every experience with the same sense of curiosity, humility, and respect that began all those years ago.
A Lifelong Commitment to Learning
Curiosity became commitment.
As my experiences continued, I knew I wanted to approach Spirit communication with the same thoughtfulness and integrity that had guided my journey from the beginning. Rather than accepting every experience at face value—or relying solely on intuition—I sought mentorship from respected teachers and evidential mediums who challenged me to ask better questions, deepen my understanding, and approach this work responsibly.
My path eventually led me to ongoing mentorship and formal certification under internationally recognized evidential medium James Van Praagh, whose emphasis on evidence, integrity, and compassion reflects the way I believe this work should be practiced.
But I’ve never believed learning has an endpoint.
Mediumship isn’t something to be mastered once and checked off a list. It is a lifelong discipline that asks us to keep listening, keep questioning, and keep growing. Every reading reminds me that there is always more to learn, more to understand, and more opportunities to serve with humility and compassion.
That commitment to continual learning is one of the ways I honor both Spirit and every person who places their trust in me.

Why I Blend Psychotherapy & Mediumship
People often ask why I chose both paths.
The answer is simple.
Because grief doesn’t live in just one part of us.
It touches our hearts, our nervous systems, our relationships, our beliefs, our identity, and even the way we understand the world after loss.
My background in psychotherapy taught me how grief affects the human mind and heart. It gave me the tools to help people navigate trauma, loss, relationships, and life’s most difficult transitions with compassion and clinical understanding.
Mediumship offered something different.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed moments of healing that words alone could never fully explain. I’ve seen the comfort an evidential connection through Spirit can bring—not as a replacement for therapy, but as another doorway into healing for those who seek it.
That is why I’ve never believed psychology and spirituality have to exist in separate worlds.
When they are practiced with integrity, humility, and deep respect for each person’s journey, they can beautifully complement one another.
Together, they allow me to support the whole person—not just their grief, but their heart, their questions, their hope, and their healing.
Why I Call Myself an Ethical Medium
If there’s one word that defines the way I practice, it’s ethical.
Over the years, I’ve learned that people don’t come seeking certainty nearly as often as they come seeking peace. They deserve honesty without dependency, compassion without fear, and someone who will walk beside them—not tell them how to live their lives.
That’s why I never believe my role is to tell people what they want to hear. Sometimes Spirit brings reassurance. Sometimes Spirit brings accountability. Sometimes healing begins with messages we never expected, but somehow needed all along.
For me, ethical mediumship means creating a space where truth can be shared with compassion, where your free will is always honored, and where your own intuition is treated with the same respect as the messages that come through.
Every session is grounded in honesty, consent, emotional safety, and deep respect for your unique journey.
My role is never to replace your inner wisdom. It’s to help you trust it.

A Story I’ll Never Forget
There are moments that quietly change the way we see the world.
For me, this was one of them.
When my father was dying, I remember joking with him, “Dad… don’t send me pennies or dimes. I’m skeptical. If you’re going to send me a sign, send me hundreds. Lots of hundred-dollar bills.”
It was one of those conversations that brought a little laughter into an incredibly difficult time.
Two days after he passed away, I stopped at the bank before his funeral. As I pulled out of the parking lot, colorful Monopoly® one-hundred-dollar bills were blowing across the pavement in the wind.
I laughed immediately.
Anyone who knew my father would have smiled, too. It was exactly his sense of humor.
That moment has stayed with me ever since—not because I believe every sign has to be dramatic, but because it reminded me that love has a language all its own. Sometimes it arrives wrapped in humor. Sometimes it comes through a memory, impossible timing, or in a way that only one heart could ever recognize.
That experience taught me something I still carry into every session today: I never tell people what a sign should look like or how they should experience someone they love in Spirit.
Every relationship is unique. Every soul is unique. Every goodbye is unique.
That’s why I believe every healing journey deserves to be unique, too.
There is no formula for grief. There is no checklist for staying connected with love. There is only your relationship, your story, and your own path toward healing.

“God doesn’t judge us for following our intuition and spirituality. People often do.”

What I Believe
At the heart of everything I do are a few simple beliefs.
I believe grief deserves compassion, not timelines, and that love doesn’t end when someone dies. Healing begins when we stop judging our own experiences and give ourselves permission to honor them with honesty, grace, and an open heart.
I believe intuition should be explored with discernment rather than fear, and that psychotherapy and spirituality can beautifully complement one another—each offering something meaningful to the healing journey.
I believe truth is most powerful when it is delivered with compassion, because honesty without kindness rarely heals.
And above all, I believe hope is one of the greatest gifts we can offer another human being.
Because sometimes hope is where healing begins.

If You’re Here…
Whether you’ve recently lost someone you love, are carrying questions you’ve never felt safe enough to ask, have experienced signs that left you wondering, or are simply searching for clarity, comfort, or someone who truly understands—you are welcome here.
Whatever brought you here, I’m genuinely grateful our paths have crossed.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to believe everything. And you certainly don’t have to have your journey all figured out before reaching out.
You simply have to come as you are.
Whether our time together becomes a single conversation or part of a longer journey, my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more hopeful, and reminded that you never have to walk through grief or life’s biggest questions alone.
We’ll begin wherever you are.
Be Easy On Your Spirit.
Healing doesn’t mean forgetting.
It doesn’t mean letting go of the people you love.
It means learning that love has never asked you to.
Whether you’re seeking connection, clarity, healing, or simply permission to grieve in your own way…
I’d be honored to walk beside you.
P.S.
If you’re the type of person who likes credentials…you’re my kind of skeptic.
While I hope this page has given you a sense of my heart, I also believe experience and education matter. My work is grounded not only in personal experience, but in years of professional training, psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, grief education, and ongoing study in ethical evidential mediumship.
